About ThermoVerra

At ThermoVerra, we specialize in lab equipment where failure is not an option. When a -80°C freezer warms up, a lab can lose years of samples. When a blood bank refrigerator drifts out of range, product has to be quarantined or thrown away. Our job is to keep that from happening, and to fix it fast when it does.

ThermoVerra is a laboratory equipment service company based in Phoenix, Arizona. We work with lab managers, biomed teams, and facility managers at hospitals, laboratories, clinics, pharmacies, and research facilities to keep their equipment running and inspection-ready. That means preventive maintenance, 24/7 emergency repair, calibration, and installation for cold storage, centrifuges, incubators, cryostats, sterilizers, freeze dryers, and more.

We’re an authorized service provider for Helmer Scientific, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Labconco, Stirling, Epredia, and So-Low, and we service most other major lab equipment brands. ThermoVerra serves labs across the Southwest, including Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and California.
